  • Dive into Egypt’s culinary heritage with Nawaya’s women-led rural experience. Start with a private Countryside tour, where you will explore traditional and sustainable farming techniques passed down through generations.
  • Enjoy a farm-to-table lunch prepared by local women using ingredients harvested from the same fields. Depending on the harvest season, take part in agricultural tours like the Mango Harvest (July–August, 2 hours) or Date Harvest & Agwa Making (August–September, 4 hours), where you’ll experience fruit picking and learn traditional food preservation methods. 
  • Deepen your culinary skills with 3–5 hour cooking classes led by rural women who share ancestral recipes and stories. Beyond food, this experience directly supports rural Egyptian women, creates local employment, and preserves Egypt’s traditional foodways through sustainable gastro tourism.
