Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of transport is used for the excursions?

We use comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles suitable for the type and size of the group. Our low prices do not mean low quality – we work with major tour operators in Egypt. Thanks to the high volume of tourists, we can offer affordable prices without compromising on service quality.

Is Egypt safe for tourists?

Yes, popular tourist areas and resorts are safe. We recommend avoiding remote or non-touristic areas.

How and when is payment made for the excursion?

We do not require prepayment for group excursions. Payment is made on the day of the trip, either on the bus or during the tour.
Exceptions: Private tours or trips requiring flight tickets or official documents may require prepayment.
Payment can be made in cash (USD, EUR, or EGP), or by bank transfer in RUB.

Do you have a tourism license?

Yes. In Egypt, tourism is strictly regulated, and daily permits from police or military are required for transport or boats.
Only licensed tour operators can obtain these permits.
For some trips (e.g. sea tours in Sharm El-Sheikh or private trips), we might ask for passport details or a photo of your hotel voucher.
For other tours, we only need the number of participants – no personal documents required.

Are we insured during the excursion?

Yes. Any excursion that includes transportation (bus, boat, etc.) must be insured, as per Egyptian law.
Some hotel guides may claim that your travel insurance is invalid with third-party providers – this is false.
Travel insurance covers you across all of Egypt, regardless of which company you book with.

What if I forget something during or after the tour?

Contact us via WhatsApp, Viber, or email. Our representative will check and get back to you.
However, please note that we are not responsible for lost items, and we always remind guests to check their belongings before leaving.

How do I book a group tour and make payment?
